My brother is bringing his date home and having a date here(she insisted that). My mom, sister, and I are trying to think of a place to go or something to do that doesn’t require much money to spend and I don’t want to go over to my grandma’s. It’s so boring. I don’t want to spend the night at my friends down the street, and we don’t want to go shopping because we give into buying at least something for each of us. Any ideas?

If a blind date invited me to a really expensive restaurant is he planning on paying?
I’m going on a blind date and he invited me to a restaurant where the entrees are -25.
I really hate to spend that much money on food, but I didn’t want to be like "ummm that’s too expensive can we go somewhere else??" lol
I’m 19 and he is 21.
Since he asked me to an expensive restaurant would you assume he’s planning on paying?
Should I just offer to give the tip or something?

what’s the point of college degrees if experience is a big emphasis?
Most employer seek out on-the-job experience from their candidates than simply a piece of paper. After dumping so much money into a college education it just seems like a huge waste if it isn’t as valued when you could have gotten tons of experience in the field you looked forward to entering. There are companies who hire people solely on experience doing small jobs and working their way up to a certain expertise level. So, what’s really the value in college anyway? I know a few people who work in IT and have no college education.

I have been hearing that the public schools are not doing the job. Why is that when we give them so much money?
