What is the best college to go to before medical school and medical school?
I was just looking into my future and want to get on track. I want to be a Pediatric Neurologist. What would be a good school to go to before medical school? What should I major in to get a better chance to get accepted into medical school? What is the best Medical School to go to? My limit is the U.S. Thanks!

I know of a few in their 50′s who have went back to school and completed medical school. Who is the oldest. I’m 43, is it too late for me?

What should my bachelor's be if I want to go to Medical School?
I will start college at University of Toronto in May. My dreams are to atten Med School in four years. So what do you think my bachelor should be? What courses will prepare me for the MCAT? And if I don’t get accepted into Med School, (which I doubt a lot) what can I do with my bachelor’s? Can I become a dentist?

Can you take the MCAT test even if you have never attended medical school?
And what if you happened to pass the test just based on your general knowledge? Do you get to become a doctor or are you not considered because you never actually attended medical school?
Also, can anyone tell me that in order to obtain a license in psychiatry, do you also have to take the MCAT or is there another test?

What are the chances of getting into a medical school if I go to a cal state?
As of today, I’ve been rejected to every UC I applied to leaving me the option of either going to a cal state or a community college. I was wondering what my chances are of getting into a medical school and how much harder it would be if I go to a cal state rather than attending a community college and transfering to a UC. Does going to a cal state dramatically reduce my chances of getting into a medical school? My choices for cal states are San Diego State University and California State University Long Beach and if I go to a community college, it will most likely be Pasadena City College.

What is a good colleges in New England if you want to become a surgeon?
i live in Rhode Island and i want to know if there are any decent colleges for going into medicine. Im not rich so i know i’ll never be able to afford to go to Harvard or any ivy league school like that, but is there a decent and affordable college that will help me get into a good medical school.
