College has become a necessity in the world today and with rising rates i can’t see myself being able to afford it why wouldn’t the government fund it ?

Are there colleges that will pay you to go there if you become a teacher after your education?
Or any college in general that will pay you for any reason to go there. I want to go into music, and a teacher informed me that there are colleges out there that if you go there they will pay for your schooling if you become a teacher there after your education.
Where are these colleges?
