I just got accepted, and am stoked to go there next year- i’m just wondering if there’s a crazy party scene at all. Is there a nightlife, or anything like that? Overall, how is it socially?

What classes should I take in college if i want to be a private violin teacher?
I’m doing a project on college and i need to know what classes i need to take in college to obtain a degree in music education, more specifically to be a private violin teacher!

How can i prepare myself now to be that kind of teacher that leaves a mark in a students life?
I mean, everyone has had that teacher that has helped make them become the person they are. I am a freshman in college and my goal in life is to teach college music but i will be working with high school and junior high before hand. How can i prepare now to be a good teacher then? I mean there are the obvious, go to class, learn your stuff, but how can i make sure that i am teaching maybe more than just quarter notes and music terms?
