If I decided I wasn’t going to go to high school anymore. And my parents couldn’t care less. What would happen? Would they force me? Could they force me?
I’m not planning on doing this I am just wondering what the "Authorities" would or could do about my absence.

The law in most states requires that you stay in school until you’re 16, if your parents don’t care then it would be taken into the matter by the state.

If it gets bad enough then your parents will get a fine and maybe sent to prison.
