Phone fraud or PBX fraud involves gaining access to a company’s PBX (Private Branch Exchange) and using it to route international calls allowing callers to dial numbers at little or no cost to the callers but the PBX owner has to bear the cost of the call.
My question is: Why don’t more companies monitor their PBX system? There must be some disadvantage to doing it and I can’t figure out why.

I want to find out if the city owns them or the government. I’m 19 and have been kicked out of the courts for being there late at night. I want to find out if the cops are overstepping their boundaries. I’ve checked the town ordnance and there’s nothing in it about adults being in parks late at night or any other location late at night as long as it’s not private property, but the parks could be privately owned by the city and could enforce their own rules.

If she hates the kids so much, why does she run the orphanage? Why doesn’t some one nicer run it? What is she getting out of the job that keeps her there for so long when she despises it so much?

I have a purse I got at Kohl’s and a diaper bag I got at Target.
Both were about each. They have been used by someone who smokes and I want to clean them. I have called all the dry cleaners in my area and no one cleans purses. The oustide of the purses are fine – it is the inside smell.
I don’t want to put them in my washer – for fear of breaking it. I have read to put baking soda on the inside and then Febreze it. My major concern is the smoke smell for the diaper bag – as I will be giving birth in a few days and I don’t want to contaminate my newborn’s things.
Should I just take them to the laundromat? I really can’t afford to buy another diaper bag – and I like the purse. Any suggestions???

I’ve taken the morning after pill twice 5 years ago, and I remember feeling very, very sick and experiencing very excruciating stomach pains just hours after taking the pill, not to mention bleeding for up to two weeks thereafter. It is something I definitely do NOT want to experience again. However, I had sex last night and the condom leaked and I am afraid of getting pregnant. What is the difference between the morning after pill and plan b? Will plan b give me the same kind of pains as the morning after pill? Can anyone who has taken both of these pills share the experiences? Thanks in advance.

I need the general case, that is, the inputs are the right ascension and declination of the star and the longitude and latitude of the observer. I found a few tables on the internet, but I need the equation or an on-line calculator.

Suppose a company reported a loss of A currency units in one time period but a gain of B the next. How does One calculate the earnings growth between the two? I know how to do it when both are positive or when the latter period is a loss and the earlier is a gain. Yet, when the earlier is a loss, I would think any such calculation would not be meaningful. No? Maybe? Sometimes? Yes?
